Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Certain items, including gift cards, personalized products, and final sale items, are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
